Tony Hale, famous for starring in the hit HBO series “Veep,” has found a buyer for his adorable Los Angeles abode after listing it at the end of May.
He fetched $2,590,000 for the three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home, just under his asking price of $2,650,000.
The actor, who also starred in “Arrested Development,” paid $1,579,000 for the home in 2015, according to records.

Built in 1939, the Studio City home offers 2,437 square feet of living space and a large backyard. Recently renovated, the home was featured in Architectural Digest.
It sits on a quarter-acre lot on an elevated promontory. The lush outdoor space includes a patio, a fire pit, and a guesthouse.
