After a few cuts and relistings in the $6 million and $7 million range over the last two years, the posh Manhattan apartment owned by the TV actor David Duchovny finally found a buyer, the Real Deal reports.
In 2012, Duchovny paid a little more than $6 million for the three-bedroom, three-bath, prewar co-op.
But now, more than a decade later, the 19th-floor apartment is trading hands—at a loss for the star.
The final price: $5,650,000.

Stately gems like this apartment often come with a famous pedigree—this one was designed by the preeminent architect Emory Roth.
Good bones are also part of the package—solid casement windows, hardwood floors, and high ceilings. And don’t overlook the apartment’s verdant views of Central Park and the Jacqueline Kennedy Onasiss Reservoir.
A private elevator landing opens to a large entryway that leads to the living room and den/dining areas. The pretty, blue, eat-in kitchen comes with a Viking range, Sub Zero fridge, and a washer/dryer concealed behind doors. The apartment offers views to the north, east, and west and has loads of closet space.
As befits a landmark building such as this one, white-glove service is de rigueur. Amenities include 24-hour door service, a live-in superintendent, library, children’s playroom, bike storage, and fitness center.
