Pro golfer Michelle Wie West just found a buyer for her lavish Encino, CA, estate.
She put the ace of a place on the market in January for $6,495,000, then dropped the price to $6,299,000 in April. It sold this month for $6,025,000.
According to Realtor.com records, the pro golfer and husband Jonnie West purchased the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home in 2021 for $5.7 million.
Picture-perfect pad
The home, built in 2021, is in the Amestoy Estates neighborhood near Los Angeles, set behind a fashionable front gate and lush hedges.
You get the sense this smart home is a work of art immediately upon arriving. A gated, circular driveway lined with citrus and olive trees makes a pretty dazzling first impression. There’s a lush vegetable garden, too.
Inside is a double-height foyer with a floating staircase; sleek, wood-lined walls; and a formal living room.
Meanwhile, the gourmet kitchen has high-end Miele appliances, including a coffee and cappuccino maker. A seated center island rounds out the chic space.
The expansive family room is one of the home’s focal points, with its leathered-marble stone fireplace and glass walls that overlook the backyard.

The bedrooms are light-filled and spacious, with one suite downstairs and the others on the upper level.
If you want to be blown away, the primary suite can make that happen with its high ceilings, marble fireplace, refrigerator, and private balcony.
Meanwhile, the attached bathroom is in a league of its own. The space boasts a glass-enclosed, oversized, rainwater shower; a luxe soaking tub; and dual vanities. Another standout feature is the custom, walk-in closet.
The three other en suite bedrooms on this level all have bathrooms accented with organic stone and wood.
Climb up one more level, and you’ll find a massive outdoor patio awash in breathtaking views.

All you could want and more
This home has no shortage of amenities. For starters, there’s a home office, an eight-person movie theater, and a three-car garage. Plus, 15 security cameras, automated blinds, and indoor-outdoor speakers give the place a high-tech edge.
If you love entertaining outdoors, you’ll appreciate the backyard’s many perks, including a Chicago brick oven pizza setup, an open-air kitchen, an oversized pool with a Baja deck, and a fire pit.
And if that’s not enough, the outdoor living room has built-in heaters and a television, while the grassy yard is outfitted with a children’s playset.
And the guesthouse, with the kitchen and bathroom, is ready for company.
Wie West, 34, went pro shortly before her 16th birthday after being the youngest player to qualify for an amateur USGA championship at the age of 10. Her wins include the Laureus World Breakthrough of the Year in 2004, five of the LPGA tours throughout her career, and the 2014 US Open. She retired from the tour in 2023.
