Anna Kendrick Is Renting Out Her Lovely Los Angeles Bungalow for $10K a Month

Actress Anna Kendrick is singing a new tune.

Yup, the star of the “Pitch Perfect” movies is renting out her Hollywood Hills home for $10,000 a month.

Set in a private area on a dead-end street, the hilltop abode boasts many new features and finishes, plus gorgeous views.

Kendrick, 37, appears to have moved on from the property and upgraded to a $7 million mansion close by, according to the website Dirt.

This sun-soaked bungalow has an open-concept layout on the first level that includes lofty ceilings and oak flooring. The living area has a fireplace and flows to a dining space with built-in seating and a kitchen with a marble-top island.

The primary bedroom takes full advantage of the surrounding mountain vistas. There’s also a sitting area with a large walk-in closet and room for a desk. The adjoining bath features a soaking tub, spacious shower, and more great landscape views.

Outside, a beautiful living space is nicely appointed with a heated sun deck and fireplace. The property also comes with a two-car garage, and there’s nearby street parking for overflow.

The multitalented actress was nominated for a Tony at the tender age of 12, for her Broadway debut in “High Society.” Her work in “Up In the Air” with George Clooney earned her an Oscar nomination.

Along with her role as Beca in the “Pitch Perfect” films, Kendrick appeared in the “Twilight” franchise, and she was in “A Simple Favor” with Blake Lively. In 2020, Kendrick starred and executive produced the the HBO Max anthology series, “Love Life.” More recently, Kendrick starred in the the Netflix sci-fi thriller, “Stowaway.” She’s also the voice of Poppy in the animated “Trolls” movies.
