Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, have sparked furious speculation that their two-year marriage is headed for divorce—days after the rapper prompted outrage by posting a vile antisemitic tirade online.

The couple, who wed in secrecy in Palo Alto, CA, back in December 2022, raised eyebrows with a bizarre appearance at the 2025 Grammy Awards on Feb. 2, leading to multiple reports that the musician was “controlling” his model wife and forcing her to wear inappropriate outfits in public.

Now, sources are claiming that Censori, 30, has “had enough” of 47-year-old West’s erratic behavior, telling Page Six that the she “doesn’t want any part” of her spouse’s ongoing “circus,” alleging that his decision to advertise a T-shirt bearing the swastika symbol was the “last straw.”

“She’s had enough,” the insider said. “The swastika shirt [he was selling] was the last straw. She told him that’s not who she is, and that she can’t be associated with that.

“He’s saying that he has dominion over her and then he’s selling those shirts. It reflects on her, and she doesn’t want any part of that circus.”

While a spokesperson for the duo insisted to the The Hollywood Reporter that they are still very much together and have plans to enjoy a Valentine’s Day celebration in Los Angeles, DailyMail.com reports that West and Censori have not only split, but that they are no longer living together, claiming that the model is residing alone inside their $35 million Beverly Hills mansion.

The property is the latest in a long line of lavish homes that West has purchased over the years—and was snapped up just months after he took a $36 million loss on a Malibu, CA, beach home that he gutted and then abandoned before completing his planned renovations. Censori, who is from Australia, is not thought to own independent property in the U.S.

The outlet added that Censori will receive $5 million from West as part of a so-called “verbal agreement.”

Meanwhile, TMZ claims that both West and Censori have “reached out to divorce attorneys.”

Their spokesperson, Milo Yiannoloulos, was quick to address the speculation in a terse statement issued to THR in which he said: “Ye and Bianca are in Los Angeles, about to enjoy Valentine’s Day together.

“Announcements about their private life will come from them directly, not unsourced rumour in the tabloid press. Is this the fifth or is it the sixth time the press has wrongly reported that Ye and Bianca are separating? I’ve lost track.”

Yiannoloulos did not reveal where in L.A. the couple are staying—or if they are currently sharing the expansive home that West purchased back in October, and where Censori is reportedly staying at the moment.

It also remains to be seen whether the couple will personally address the rumors by making a joint appearance in Los Angeles—or whether they are planning to celebrate Valentine’s Day behind closed doors, in order to avoid further public scrutiny.

However, they do have other options, if they choose to escape the bright lights of Hollywood and hunker down for a while. One of those hideaways is the Wyoming ranch West bought before their marriage. The sprawling property has bounced on and off the market for several years now.

Although rumors have surfaced that he sold the ranch back in July 2024, property records indicate he still owns at least a portion of the land, which is registered to one of his known LLCs.

In total, West is understood to own around $50 million worth of property—although it is not known whether he and Censori have any kind of prenuptial agreement in place to divide these assets in the event of a divorce.

The home that Censori is reported to be staying in is an extravagant modern mansion, which West bought in October—three months before he claimed on Instagram that his net worth has soared to $2.77 billion.

West was overjoyed when he regained his billionaire status, having experienced a number of financial woes in the past few years—including nearly filing for bankruptcy in 2022 after he was dropped by several brands due to his antisemitic outbursts.

Property records seen by Realtor.com® reveal the rapper purchased his 11-bedroom, 18-bathroom mansion in the exclusive Beverly North Park community through an LLC—the same LLC he used to purchase his $57.25 million Malibu, CA, property in 2021.

And while the musician’s latest property investment doesn’t boast the same ocean views or proximity to the beach as his former Malibu home, it has plenty of other alluring features—not least an expansive 6.79-acre parcel on which there is a paddle tennis court, pool house, and large swimming pool.

Inside the 20,000-square-foot main house, guests are treated to a “brilliant and modern” design offering high ceilings and enormous windows for abundant natural light.

Perhaps one of the property’s funkiest features is its multilevel guest residence and “entertainment pavilion,” which are connected to the main house via a “futuristic steel-columned bridge” that is open to the elements and runs over the main driveway.

The home was originally built in 2000, having been commissioned by famed mathematician Norman Zada, according to the original listing information.

It was designed by architect Richard Landry, who is often referred to as the “King of the Megamansion” and has worked with a host of high-profile clients in the Los Angeles area over the years.

Wyoming ranch

In 2019, the rapper made headlines when he set his sights on thousands of acres in Wyoming.

Although it is unclear just how much he splashed out for the property, West quickly made a name for himself in the area, dubbing the nearly 4,000-acre spread “Monster Lake Ranch.”

In 2019, the rapper made headlines when he set his sights on thousands of acres in Wyoming, which he reportedly purchased for around $8 million, while he was still wed to his now-ex, Kim Kardashian.

Although it is unclear just how much he splashed out for the property, West certainly made a name for himself in the area (literally) by initially dubbing the nearly 4,000-acre spread “West Lake Ranch,” before later changing its moniker to “Monster Lake Ranch.”

At the time, reports emerged that the rapper had ambitious plans for the property, including using it to fight homelessness.

West’s lucrative homes that sit on the ranch boast seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms and are just 8 miles from Cody, WY.

The original listing for the sizable property noted: “This ranch is equipped with horse barns, corrals, and plenty of storage.”

The ranch also came complete with “100 acres of surface water,” making it a perfect spot for an outdoor enthusiast.

Although it is unclear how much the rapper splashed out for the ranch, it had been listed in the range of $13 million to $14 million before the price was reduced to $11 million.

The 3,888 acres include views of the sandstone cliffs and the Absaroka Range, making it a “premier Wyoming ranch investment,” the listing added.

West clearly fell for the Wyoming lifestyle, snapping up another, larger property in the area just two months after signing a deal for the first—this time paying an even heftier $14.5 million

Known as Bighorn Mountain Ranch, the second property is located around 50 miles from his other ranch and boasts even more space, encompassing 6,713 acres in total. Situated on that land is a seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom log cabin.

According to multiple reports, the larger ranch served as something of a “sanctuary” for West while he was going through his divorce from Kardashian, with whom he shares four children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm.

West seemed to love Bighorn so much that he opted to place his other Wyoming ranch on the market in October 2021, asking around $14 million for the enormous property.

The listing crowed that the property was a “once-in-a-lifetime” buy and offered all manner of entertainment-focused amenities, including a go-kart track, trophy trout fishing, and a commercial kitchen.

West reduced his asking price for the ranch to $11 million, before removing it from the market altogether in 2022, months before he listed it as his primary residence on his December 2022 marriage license with Censori.

It was reported in June 2024 that he had finally sold the property after a nearly three-year battle; however, property records indicate that at least three parcels of land from the property are still registered to an LLC that West routinely uses in real estate deals.

No deed transfers have been carried out to suggest those parcels have found a buyer.

West closed on his Beverly Hills property on Oct.25, despite having just taken a huge $36 million loss on a Malibu beach house that he purchased for $57.25 million in 2021.

After buying the home, designed by architect Tadao Ando, West then gutted it, reducing the once-revered building to little more than a shell.

He was reportedly attempting to transform the home in hopes of turning it into a modernist bomb shelter.

However, the musician abandoned his plans shortly after, leaving it empty and exposed to the elements. The run-down state of the property raised furious backlash from architecture lovers.

Despite its dilapidated condition, West listed the property for an eye-watering $53 million in January 2024, enlisting celebrity agent and “Selling Sunset” star Jason Oppenheim to help him offload the home.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the concrete mansion failed to attract a buyer. In April, the price was cut to $39 million.

Three months later, the listing was updated to indicate that a sale was pending—and now, the identity of the buyer has been revealed, as well as the painfully large loss West took on the property.

Belwood Investments, a real estate investment company based in California, paid around $21 million for the home. In a press release, Belwood CEO Bo Belmont announced plans to invest a further $5 million to restore Ando’s original work.

In 2014, West and his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, splashed out a whopping $20 million on a lavish mansion in the star-studded Los Angeles community of Hidden Hills.

The eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom home sprawled across 16,000 square feet and sat on 3 acres.

It also came complete with a five-car garage, two swimming pools, two barbecue centers, a secluded pool house, and two vineyards.

The kitchen was fit for a chef, as it featured three large islands and a Viking range.

The mansion was also certainly purchased with the couple’s four children in mind, as it features a game room.

When it came time to split, the rapper was forced to say goodbye to the luxurious property as he handed it over to his ex.

Kardashian insisted on keeping the keys to the mansion because her kids were already settled in, and it was near her mother Kris Jenner‘s home and her sister Kourtney Kardashian‘s place.

Just months after the couple divorced, it was reported that West purchased a home across the street for $4.5 million; however, it is unclear if he still owns the property as it appears to be abandoned.
