Popular podcast host Brianna Chickenfry has moved on from her breakup from musician Zach Bryan and moved in to a stunning new $13,000-a-month Manhattan penthouse.

The 25-year-old Barstool Sports star, whose real name is Brianna LaPaglia, and her former beau all but broke the internet in October when their split was made public by Zach, 28, who revealed the news of their breakup in a statement posted on his Instagram account.

“Brianna and me have broken up with each other and I respect and love her with every ounce of my heart,” he wrote. “She has loved me unconditionally for a very long time and for that I’ll always thank her.

“I have had an incredibly hard year personally and struggled through some pretty severe things. I thought it would be beneficial for both of us to go our different ways. I am not perfect and I never will be. With everything I am and to anyone I let down, I am sorry. I try my best in everything. I failed people that love me and mostly myself.”

However, what appeared to be a mutual parting of ways was then turned into a sensational internet drama when Brianna shared her own response in an emotional and teary-eyed YouTube video, insisting that she had been “blindsided” by Zach’s decision to post the statement, claiming it had been shared without her knowledge.

Brianna later addressed Zach’s public statement, claiming she had been “blindsided” by his decision to share their breakup news with fans—and insisting he had posted about it without telling her first.

“I had no idea that post was going up,” she said. “I’m completely blindsided by that.”

In the weeks since, Brianna has become increasingly vocal about their “toxic” romance, speaking out about the breakdown of the relationship in multiple podcast appearances, including on her own show, the “BFFs Podcast,” which she hosts alongside Josh Richards and Barstool founder Dave Portnoy.

Brianna claimed that her former partner had offered her a whopping $12 million to sign an NDA—an offer that she says she quickly refused—while detailing the emotional abuse that she says she suffered at Zach’s hands during their year-long relationship.

At the time of the split, Brianna—who hails from Boston but had been living and working in New York City for many years—was living in Zach’s $7.45 million Massachusetts mansion, which he purchased in July.

In November, images showed a moving truck outside the property, with Brianna later revealing that she had moved out of his home and was searching for her own abode back in New York City, documenting her apartment hunt in a series of TikTok videos.

Now, she’s managed to find a stunning new dwelling to call her own: a 1,269-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse on the Lower East Side, to the tune of $12,750 per month.

Sharing the news of her move in a TikTok clip, Brianna voiced her joy at finally finding the perfect property, while waxing lyrical about the many lavish amenities that her new dwelling offers.

“Guys, I’m in my new apartment, oh my gosh,” she exclaims in the clip, while standing in the empty space. “I might cry, so bear with me. This past year, I just accepted that I wasn’t going to be me again. I just lost so many good parts about myself. I lost the city that I loved … just so much.

“But I feel like me again. I genuinely feel like Brianna again and this is the first step of that. I could cry.”

Showing off the space to her followers, the influencer revealed that her abode boasts an elevator entrance that opens up directly into her apartment, leading straight into the ultramodern kitchen.

The apartment has multiple terraces, which she notes was one of the reasons she loved the home so much, explaining that she wanted to ensure her beloved dog, Boston, would have plenty of places to run around.

Squealing with joy, she then shows off the incredible skylight and floor-to-ceiling windows that help to flood the space with natural light, before moving onto the other living spaces.

In its original listing, the apartment was advertised as a “penthouse sanctuary,” with the description revealing that it is one of just six units in a boutique condo building.

Revealing the first of her two bedrooms, Brianna reveals that the guest space comes complete with a Murphy bed, joking that she would be forced to use it herself until all of her furniture arrived.

The primary bedroom is located on the second floor of the duplex property, with Brianna quipping that she “never thought I’d have stairs in a New York City apartment.”

Her bedroom features an incredible glass wall that looks over the kitchen and living area on the floor below, but comes complete with remote-control blackout curtains so she can enjoy complete privacy if others are in her home.

The cherry on top of the very sweet space is a private rooftop that can be accessed via stairs from her second floor, or via the elevator.

“This is my private roof!” she exclaims. “I love it.

“I’m sickly grateful for this. I feel like I’m going to throw up, I’m going to cry, I’m going to laugh. I’m just so freaking happy right now.”
