Josh Radnor, of “How I Met Your Mother” fame, recently listed his nearly century-old Los Angeles home for $3,850,000.
The 3,581-square-foot dwelling has four bedrooms and three baths. And if Radnor sells the place at his full asking price, he’ll net a tidy profit—Mansion Global reported he purchased the house for $2,987,000 in 2019.

Spanish vibes flow throughout this Mediterranean-style dwelling, thanks in part to the curvy clay roof tiles, handcarved doors, and custom stenciling on the foyer ceiling.
The home sits on a half-acre lot in the Los Feliz Oaks neighborhood and teems with charming details—white-washed walls, overhead beams, a stone fireplace, and stained-glass windows.
Modern upgrades are plentiful here, too. There are Sonos speakers, a new kitchen, and updated baths and built-ins. Plus, avid readers will rejoice at the entire wall of bookcases in the living room, which also features an ornate mantel.
Meanwhile, a walk-in closet, private balcony, and a bathroom with a soaking tub are among the main bedroom suite’s plush amenities.
The outdoor courtyard is accessible via three rooms, making it the ideal hub for entertaining. There’s also a hammock nook outside, a reading porch, and a two-car garage with a newly installed electric-vehicle port.
In addition to acting, Radnor writes, makes films, and is a vocalist and musician. In addition to his work on “How I Met Your Mother,” he’s appeared in such TV productions as Amazon Prime’s “Hunters” and the miniseries “Fleishman Is In Trouble,” based on the popular novel by Taffy Brodesser-Akner.
