Christina Ricci Gets Full $2.25M Asking Price for Stunning L.A. Home—Doubling Her Investment

Christina Ricci has found a buyer for her recently renovated Woodland Hills, CA, abode—selling the whimsical property for the full asking price of $2,249,000.

The 44-year-old actress put the property on the market in June, six years after she purchased it for $1.1 million, less than half of the price she eventually earned for its sale.

But with that increase came plenty of extra amenities and perks for the new owner.

According to the Realtor.com® listing, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home was “meticulously renovated” and even received an interior design overhaul by celebrity decor expert Jeff Lewis.

“The Addams Family” star “spared no expense” in transforming the property’s interiors, the listing adds.

Recently renovated

Ricci took on the renovation of the 1956-era home with help from Lewis, who featured the project on his Amazon Freevee series “Hollywood Houselift With Jeff Lewis.”

The result is a luxurious living space of 2,718 square feet, which includes an open layout touting high-end details like skylights and double-sided fireplaces. There’s also a formal living room.

Meanwhile, the kitchen is a home chef’s dream with custom cabinetry, luxe marble counters, and white oak shelving.

The brand-new JennAir appliances, a professional-style gas range, and an under-counter beverage fridge are excellent touches. An open-hearth fireplace is one of the kitchen’s main focal points.

Like a fairy tale

Upstairs is the lavish primary suite, which has an attached bathroom, walk-in closets, and French doors leading to a private Romeo and Juliet balcony. The spa bathroom has a free-standing soaking tub, a glass shower, and marble flooring.

The additional bedrooms and an office are on the lower level.
