The home owned by late actor and comedian John Ritter and his wife and fellow actor, Amy Yasbeck, might be just the rental for you. The roughly 1,800-square-foot, two-bedroom pad is priced at $7,500 a month.

This one-level, San Fernando Valley home boasts an ideal location—south of Ventura Boulevard, just on the other side of the hill from Beverly Hills. The newly renovated dwelling is accessed via an iron-gated driveway and surrounded by gorgeous plants and mature trees.

Hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, two brick fireplaces, and a calming palette make up this sweet retreat. The living room is outfitted with built-in shelving, and the cute, eat-in kitchen has a breakfast alcove; stainless Viking appliances; a very large, double-door fridge; granite counters; and a skylight.
