Comedian Keke Palmer Says ‘Nope’ to Her Pristine Brooklyn Penthouse as She Lists It for $3 Million Amid Memoir Launch

“Nope” star Keke Palmer is saying “no thanks” to her Brooklyn, NY, penthouse after four years of ownership, listing the elegant property for just under $3 million, days before she’s due to release her memoir.

The Emmy Award-winning actress, who is famous for her roles in hit movies like “Hustlers” and “Pimp,” has put her pristine three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo on the market for $2,999,999—around $500,000 more than what she paid for it in July 2020.

Located in the trendy neighborhood of Williamsburg, the condo boasts Manhattan skyline views and extensive outdoor space.

The eye-catching interiors of the 1,482-square-foot unit were designed by Paris Forino. The unit includes a sizable primary suite, two additional bedrooms, an open living and dining space, and an office. The terraces measure 680 square feet.

The unit embodies the “epitome of luxury living in Williamsburg,” according to the listing, which is represented by Monica Novo of Douglas Elliman.

The apartment offers “state-of-the-art finishes” throughout. The open kitchen comes with custom oak cabinetry, Italian stone countertops and backsplash, a Bosch appliance package, and a wine cooler.

The spa-inspired bathrooms are fitted with high-end Waterworks fixtures, Toto toilets, and lacquer-finish vanities with stone countertops. The primary bath has double sinks, a stall shower, and a separate tub.

Palmer has one child, whom she shares with her former partner, fitness instructor Darius Jackson.

In recent weeks, the actress and comedian has been on a press tour to promote her memoir, “Master of Me,” which was released on Nov. 19.

The mother of one appears to be based between Los Angeles and New York these days, with reports revealing in 2021 that she had snapped up a home in Studio City, paying $1.38 million for the property, which was once owned by “iCarly” star Jennette McCurdy.
