A former member of the Golden State Warriors, Washington Wizards, and Orlando Magic NBA teams, Arenas is now asking $3.8 million for his longtime Encino, CA, manse.

Mediterranean in style, the home was built on this particular half-acre parcel to take advantage of the surrounding views, which extend from Burbank to Calabasas, according to the brokers who had the listing years ago.
The 5,850-square-foot home has five bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Hosting a big crowd is no sweat here as there’s a three-car garage plus room for 10 more vehicles.
The home was built in 1951 and expanded by 1,700 square feet in 2004.
The interior details are as impressive as the exterior, with hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, five fireplaces for cozy gatherings, and a well-equipped kitchen. Talented home cooks and even those in training will enjoy stationing themselves in front of the six-burner Viking stove, a farmhouse sink, and the enormous built-in fridge.
Multiple sliding doors open outside to another kitchen, a huge terrace, and a pool and hot tub.
Arenas, a three-time All-Star, has reinvented himself as a podcaster, hosting “No Chill,” where he discusses basketball insights and other hoop news.
