A sea-to-lake megamansion that is set to span 50,000 square feet just hit the market in Manalapan, FL, for an eye-watering $285 million—becoming the week’s most expensive home, despite the fact that it will not be completed for another three years.

Located just south of Palm Beach, the ginormous 4-acre estate, which boasts 700 feet of water frontage, is the brainchild of architect Choeff Levy Fishman and builder Robert W. Burrage.

The luxurious residence is being offered fully furnished and includes a wealth of impressive amenities.

Among the most spectacular features are a “private car museum,” a boathouse, guesthouse, beach house, bowling alley, and shooting range. An infinity-edge pool overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and boat dock.

Other pricey properties this week include a Santa Barbara, CA, compound owned by a kitty litter heiress; a Palm Beac, FL, mansion owned by a former Apple CEO; and a recently built Newport Coast, CA, estate owned by the “King of Bling.”

Hope Ranch: This 11-acre residence is said to be owned by Joi Stephens, daughter of the late John Stephens, creator of the Jonny Cat kitty litter brand, according to The Wall Street Journal

Offered for the first time in more than 50 years, the legacy estate originally hit the market last year for $88 million when it topped our most expensive homes list in February.
