Singer-songwriter Paul Anka is selling a posh property in Westlake Village, CA.
The Canadian-born crooner recently listed the four-bedroom, 5.5-bath estate for $10 million.
Situated on the grounds of the Sherwood Country Club, this 6,052-square-foot residence sits behind gates on a nearly 6-acre lot. The property features breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the exclusive golf course.
A double-height ceiling graces the foyer, which leads to a massive kitchen and two formal living rooms adorned with stone floors and designer lighting.

The kitchen underwent recent upgrades, including the addition of a lovely pantry. Other high-end amenities include a hidden office, a billiard room, and a pro-level recording studio.
Four bedrooms are en suite style, and the primary suite boasts a fireplace, private balcony, two closets, and dual bathrooms—one with a soaking tub framed by a sunny window.
The dining and family rooms flow nicely to the outdoor entertaining spaces, where a sparkling pool, fire pit, barbecue, and dining areas await. There’s even a stand-alone, all-glass, air-conditioned home gym with a bathroom and an outdoor shower.
Anka started singing in his young teens and went on to stardom with a number of popular tunes, including “Puppy Love ” and “Put Your Head On My Shoulder.” Early on, he was mentored by Frank Sinatra and wrote one of Ol’ Blue Eyes’ biggest hits, “My Way.”
Anka also created music for such icons as Buddy Holly and Michael Jackson, and he penned “The Tonight Show” theme for Johnny Carson.
