Amid rumors of a split, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez have decided to part ways with the Beverly Hills, CA, megamansion they purchased just last year.

Listed for $68 million, the 38,000-square-foot compound known as Crestview Manor is the week’s most popular home on Realtor.com®.

The recently rebuilt and expanded estate features 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, an indoor fitness complex with a boxing ring and sports courts, plus a 12-car garage and parking for up to 80 vehicles. There’s also a separate 5,000-square-foot guesthouse, a caretaker’s house, and a two-bedroom guardhouse on the property.

And this week’s second-place finisher is a lavish Oklahoma City estate with an owner familiar to reality TV fans. Known as the man who couldn’t abide onions, Kenny Novotny made a name for himself as an extremely picky charter guest on “Below Deck: Mediterranean.”

His massive mansion in OKC has no alliums anywhere in sight, but it does have one of the most spectacular pools we’ve ever seen.
