Jonas Jerebko Takes Another Shot at Selling His Michigan Mansion for $4M

Former NBA forward Jonas Jerebko has relisted his enormous Oakland Township, MI, home.

The Swedish hoops star has tried to offload the palatial mansion in the past. In 2018, he listed it for $3.1 million, eventually reducing it to $2.7 million in 2019.

It’s now been renovated and back on the market, for $4 million. Take a look and see what Jerebko’s offering.

Located in a gated community known as Orchard Ridge, the home features a brand-new kitchen with double islands, a great room with a lofty ceiling, and a marble entryway.

The primary suite is serene with a cozy fireplace, a spacious walk-in closet, and a luxe bathroom with dual vanities and a deep tub.

Originally constructed by the builder Enzo Casadei, the home also offers lots of amenities for entertaining, including an in-ground pool and spa, a play space for kids, and a full-size basketball court with maple flooring.

There’s also a spa with both hot and cold tubs, a fitness center that wouldn’t be out of place in a hotel, and a beautiful home theater with plush seats for movie nights when the Michigan winter winds are howling.

Jerebko purchased the baller mansion from former NBA star Ben Gordon in early 2016 for $2.2 million.

Jerebko played for 10 seasons in the NBA with the Detroit Pistons, Utah Jazz, Boston Celtics, and Golden State Warriors. After leaving the NBA following the 2019 season, he played for a bit in Russia with no incident. But in 2022, he signed on with CSKA Moscow—one month after Russia began its war with Ukraine.

In response, his home country of Sweden cut him from the national team. Jerebko reportedly regrets the move.
