Minnesota Vikings owner Zygmunt “Zygi” Wilf is looking to score a big sale in New Jersey. His mansion in Springfield just hit the market for $3.25 million.
Wilf purchased the football team back in 2005 for $600 million. According to Forbes, the Vikings are now worth an estimated $3.925 billion.
And while the team hasn’t made it to the Super Bowl during Wilf’s tenure as owner, they did make a significant move into a state-of-the-art stadium in 2016. Now the Vikings’ owner is ready for a move of his own.

Custom-built for Wilf in 1990, the six-bedroom Colonial abuts the exclusive Baltusrol Golf Course and sits at the end of a cul-de-sac. It’s situated about 25 miles west of Manhattan in a sedate suburban area. Median list price in Springfield is currently $679,000 and Wilf’s house is the priciest place in town.
Designed for entertaining, the 13,484-square-foot residence’s luxury details include crown moldings; high, coffered ceilings; and oversized windows.
Double front doors outside the stone home provide a grand entry to an even grander foyer, complete with a two-story staircase.
Luxurious features throughout the estate include built-in cabinetry, hardwood floors, and soaring ceilings.

Wilf, 73, made his fortune in commerical real estate and homebuilding. He will likely be spending more time at his luxe New York City residence—a four-bedroom co-op at 778 Park Avenue, which he bought for $19 million in 2011.
In addition to his stake in the Vikings, Wilf purchased the Orlando City Soccer Club with his brothers, for a reported $400 million in 2021.
