NASCAR star Jimmie Johnson is ready to rent out his impeccably designed, 4,756-square-foot residence in Aspen, CO.

He’s asking $100,000 per month for the historic, five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property in the city’s swanky West End neighborhood.

Nestled on a desirable 4,500-square-foot corner lot, the home dates back to the 1880s. Renowned architect Derek Skalko redesigned the space, which has garnered lots of recognition, including the Design Excellence Award from the City of Aspen Historical Preservation Commission.

Not only is the property noteworthy, but its past owners are also worth mentioning. Johnson purchased the awesome Aspen abode from actress Lori Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, in 2015.
