Dubbed The Ivy House, the four-bedroom residence initially appeared on the market in April 2020 with a $629,900 price tag. After several discounts and a reduced list price of $549,900, it sold later that year for an undisclosed sum. It’s now back on the market for $584,900.
Also grabbing buyers’ attention this week were a picture-perfect castle in Spokane, WA; a Sedona, AZ, oasis with an indoor lap pool; and a Massachusetts “Murder Mansion” that was the site of a gruesome murder-suicide.
