While a single residential burglary is scary, a homeowner can typically deal with any monetary or psychological fallout and move on.
But when there’s a second crime in three years, perhaps it’s time to pull up stakes.
That seems to be the case for center Ivica Zubac of the Los Angeles Clippers.
According to reports, his luxurious five-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Encino, CA, has been burglarized a couple of times—and now it’s on the market for $5 million.

In the picture-perfect living room there’s a cozy fireplace, while the formal dining space features a stunning chandelier and doors that access the side yard.
The kitchen is equipped with luxe appliances, a large island, wet bar, and tiny breakfast nook. In the main bedroom, there’s a fireplace, private balcony, and a posh bathroom with a glass shower and soaking tub.
There’s also a family room that boasts yet another fireplace, plus smart built-ins, a wine cellar, and a theater for movie nights. Outside, a pool awaits, along with a spa, barbecue area, and a patio with room to entertain. Parking for three cars, automated blinds, and multiple security cameras complete the listing.
Zubac hails from Bosnia and Herzegovina but spent his formative years in Croatia, where he played basketball for their national team. The 7-footer was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers in 2016 and later moved to the Clippers in 2019.
