Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne are hoping third time’s a charm when it comes to selling one of their last remaining Los Angeles properties.
The rock ‘n’ roll couple revealed in 2022 that they were planning to make a permanent move back to their home in the U.K., where they met, after more than two decades living in the U.S.
Since then, they have listed their two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo in the highly sought-after Sierra Towers building no less than three times, beginning in May 2023, when it was put on the market with an asking price of $4,795,000.
It was relisted in June that same year for the same price, before it was removed just a few days later.
Now reduced in price by $300,000, the property is “truly extraordinary,” the listing states.

A Hollywood gem
Boasting 2,300 square feet of living space, the property boasts a large primary suite with a sizable en suite bathroom and an enormous walk-in closet. A second en suite bedroom can be used as both an office and a “perfect guest bedroom for occasional guests,” the listing suggests.
“Rarely does a fully renovated custom residence of this caliber become available in the building,” it adds.
Ozzy, 75, and Sharon, 71, bought the home in 2014 for $4 million, just a fraction less than the price they are now asking for.
It has been reported that the home was used primarily as a residence for their daughter, Kelly Osbourne, who shot to fame as a teenager while starring alongside her parents in their hit MTV reality series, “The Osbournes.”
Homeward bound?
The decision to relist the home may be a sign that Ozzy and Sharon are finally readying themselves to officially return to the U.K., where they own a stunning estate in Buckinghamshire.
After announcing their decision to move back to their home country in 2022, the couple faced several delays, largely as a result of Ozzy’s health struggles.

The Black Sabbath frontman revealed in 2020 that he had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
In an interview on “Good Morning America,” he explained that he had been experiencing nerve pain that led to the discovery of his condition.
He also said in January 2024 that he had undergone a staggering “seven surgeries in five years,” including a procedure on his spine in September 2023.
Speaking about their move in a July 2024 episode of their eponymous podcast, Sharon admitted that the couple were desperate to return to the U.K. full time, but that “every time we’re set to go, something happens with Ozzy’s health.”
“We’ll get there,” she added. “We want to go back so bad, but we’ll get there. Won’t we, Ozzy?”
Changing times
Speaking to The Observer in August 2022, the couple opened up about their reasons for wanting to leave America once and for all.

“It’s just time. America has changed so drastically,” Sharon said. “It isn’t the United States of America at all. Nothing’s united about it. It’s a very weird place to live right now.”
In classic Ozzy fashion, the rocker was blunt in his reasoning.
“Everything’s ridiculous there. I’m fed up with people getting killed every day. God knows how many people have been shot in school shootings. And there was that mass shooting in Vegas at that concert. … It’s crazy,” he said.
“And I don’t want to die in America. I’m English. I want to be back. But saying that, if my wife said we’ve got to go and live in Timbuktu, I’ll go. But, no, it’s just time for me to come home,” he said.
