After two years on the market, the lavish home where the late Ivana Trump once lived recently got another steep price cut.

Listed for as much as $26.5 million in 2022, Trump’s luxurious townhome has changed price a few times. Last year, the ask was reduced by $4 million.

And now, the lavish five-bedroom, six-bath property on New York City‘s Upper East Side is listed for $19.5 million after its most recent price cut.

As the 8,725-square-foot dwelling continues to languish on the market, here’s another look at the incredible details inside.

The 1899 building boasts design features including a mansard roof, limestone cladding, and a facade with columns.

Trump made the six-story home into a mini Baroque palace, complete with crystal chandeliers, gilded paneling, silky fabrics, ornate crown moldings, and custom millwork. An elevator stops at every floor—from the first-level’s curvy staircase to the second floor, where the living room boasts lofty ceilings and a fireplace.

More wood is found in the dining area, which was patterned after a room at the palace in Versailles and features gold fabric on the walls. The entire third floor is devoted to the primary suite and is decked out with a gorgeous mural, private terrace, and an en suite bathroom of pink onyx marble.

Other fancy amenities include a media room with an adjoining kitchen on the lower level, 700 square feet of outdoor space, and a Swedish sauna. Every must-see hot spot in NYC is close at hand here, from world-class museums (Frick, Metropolitan, Guggenheim) to Central Park and upscale shopping and dining.

Trump, an ex-wife of former president Donald Trump, bought the property in 1992 for $2.5 million after her divorce. Born in Czechia, the businesswoman and socialite raised her three children in this home. She died here, too, in 2022 from injuries sustained in a fall.

The sleeping quarters are over-the-top deluxe—even regal.
