Pro golfer Bryson DeChambeau recently sold his chic Dallas mansion.

While the final price is undisclosed, the most recent asking price for the five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom residence was $3 million. The property initially hit market in April, with a price of $3.2 million.

Luxurious and comfortable, the house sits in the posh Melshire Estates neighborhood. The nearly 5,500-square-foot abode includes a living area with a fireplace, alongside a kitchen with new cabinets and hardware, stainless steel appliances, and a large prep island.

There’s room in the first-floor primary suite for a seating area, and the main bathroom features a soaking tub near a sunny window.

Meanwhile, there’s also a golf simulator, pool table, and several large TVs, according to the listing.

Outside, the property boasts a covered kitchen, lots of room to lounge and entertain, a pool and spa, a fireplace, and fire pit.

DeChambeau joined the PGA in 2016 but switched allegiances to play for the LIV Golf Tour in 2022. He’s won multiple tournaments so far in his career, including two U.S. Open major titles—one in 2020 and this year’s at Pinehurst No. 2 in Pinehurst, NC.
